Fashioned from Muscat of Alexandria grapes with a small percentage of Cienna to blush the wine a steamy Rosé colour. Cienna is a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and the rare Spanish varietal Sumoll, developed by Australia's CSIRO. Together they translate into a sunny pink wine of moderate alcohol that's cheery and ripe with sultry red berry characters. Moscato Rosa is so delicate and fresh that it's irresistible on its own. With food, it makes the perfect match to any recipes which incorporate fruit. Unbeatable with pizza.

Muscat of Alexandria is part of the exotic family of Muscat variants. A lusciously fruity grape, it produces delicate and perfumed, crisp white table wines. This delightfully versatile style of Muscat is tailor made for the Australian climate, the wine of choice for relaxed enjoyment alongside fine food and cheery company. The zingy tropical fruit flavours are upfront and prominent, whilst the light spritzyness provides a refreshingly clean finish. Serve well chilled and enjoy whilst young and vibrant.

Spatlese Lexia is a luscious, mouthfilling wine, fashioned to a late harvest style, toothsome and fresh, complex, crisp and clean, leaving the palate ready for another glass. Often known as Muscat of Alexandria or Muscat Gordo Blanco, Lexia is a member of the generously flavoured Muscat family. Brown Brothers have had a long association with the grape, there were Muscat of Alexandria cuttings on the first ten acre vineyard planted by John Francis Brown at Milawa in 1885. Today, Lexia is one of Australia's best known and most cherished wines.

A delectable concord of moreish grapes which are unique to Brown Brothers. The wickedly fragrant Orange Muscat with a smaller component of the devilishly delish Flora, two fruity varietals little known or planted in Australia. Orange Muscat forms the backbone, providing fragrances of orange blossom to the nose and a fresh citrus hint to the palate, while the Flora contributes colour, texture and mouthfeel. This luscious wine makes a perfect partner to a wide range of desserts. Warm sticky date pudding with caramel sauce being a long time favourite.

Prosecco is a variety of grape and style of wine, as well as Denominazione di origine controllata in northeast Italy. Sparkling Prosecco is made using the traditional Charmat method and the best examples come from cooler, slow ripening sites. Some of the Brown Brothers finest vineyards are fortuitously positioned on elevated aspects in the King Valley, where Prosecco has found a new home in climes so very similar to its origins in the Veneto region of Italy.

The richness of Shiraz and eloquence of Grenache, together with choice parcels Cabernet, Carignane and Mataro, integrated through the ancient oak barrel Soleras. Brown Brothers Tawny is drawn from a labyrinthine complex of mellowed old vintages stored under the estate cellars in Milawa, and assembled with fruity young wines into a warm nutty and satisfyingly rich old Port.

The cool climate vineyards of the Piccadilly Valley and Lenswood sub-regions of the Adelaide Hills are the source of fruit for this sparkling wine.

Two thirds Chardonnay and a third of Pinot Gris from good vineyards at Bendigo, Mt Macedon and Yarra Valley. Parcels are all whole bunch pressed into a mix of fermenters and pre loved oak hogsheads for indigenous yeast vinification. An emulation of the suave, effervescent Pinot styles from Asti and the Veneto, redolent of freshly picked orchard fruit over supple hints of seasoned butterscotch oak. Fashioned for indulgence alongside all urbane fare, its bold flavours and dry, savoury finish demands one more sip, and then another, a deliciously, moreish wine.

Established to an auspicious north westerly slope overlooking McLaren Vale, planted to a propitious patch of paringa loams, the felicitious vines at Braydun Hill are stimulated by a rare confluence of environmemtals and clime to yield meagre harvests of simply exceptional Shiraz. Livestock are an inseparable part of the ecosystem, sheep are moved into the vineyard after vintage, where they ruminate until budburst, providing the perfect feed for viticulture. Healthy vines and immaculate fruit, the Shiraz of choice to match wagyu beef and juicy pink lamb.

At Braydun Hill, no effort is spared in the pursuit of perfection. Shiraz is the fruit of choice, selectively hand picked off sacred rootstock, which can trace a lineage to the most memorable vintages and superior marques in the land. Those parcels which can best exhibit the level of exuberance essential for a sparkling style, are crafted through true Methode traditionelle into a luxuriously effervescent wine, brimming with glorious mousse, opulent perfumes and multi dimensional palate, framed by an elegant veneer of oak and supported by, velvetine, liquorice tannins.

Special Cuvee stands as one of the most distinguished entry level Champagnes. Family owned and run, Bollinger is dedicated to producing a consistent and distinctive style. To reinforce this commitment, Bollinger launched it's own Charter of Ethics and Quality which guarantees the continuity of style and refinement. Grapes for Special Cuvee are sourced from thirty Crus, approximately 75% of which are estate vineyards. The essential Victorian Methode traditionelle, from vines surrounded by the blue hued Pyrenees, so named for their beauty and similarity to the dividing ranges bordering France and Spain. French eccentricity was the genesis behind Blue Pyrenees Estate, it remains central to the winemaking philosophy. Entrepreneur Francois Henri was so inspired by the picturesque blue hills that he commissioned a painting which has since become the famous label. A cépage of the holy trinity, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a healthy tranche of Meunier.

The production of Methode traditionelle has been an essential part of the winemaking at Blue Pyrenees for many years, the original raison d'être. Established 1963 by the Champagne houses of Charles Heidsieck and Krug, an adherence to the transcendent French influence of the founders is central. In 1992, the Blue Pyrenees team decided to experiment with hand picking their fruit, under floodlights, in the middle of the night. The results were amazing, a most memorable vintage of outstanding quality, Midnight Cuvée was born.

Blue Pyrenees have achieved the truly timeless, sparkling western districts style, a wine of perfect balance, in the tradition of the finest Methode traditionelle. Luna was fashioned with a view to retaining the consistency of the refined and elegant house style. To this end, components from earlier vintages are held back to blend with the current season, maintaining the excellence expected of Blue Pyrenees. Its lemon freshness, shortbread and boulangère richness, linger long and satisfying on the creamy, peach and kernel fruit finish.

Bleasdale was established in 1850, classified by the National Trust and listed on the State National Heritage Registers. Fully conversant with the soils, the microclimates and the cycle of flooding which nourishes the unique terroir of the estate's vineyards, fifth generation winemaker Michael Potts cultivates the old Grenache and Verdelho vines destined for inclusion into the Wise Old Tawny. A smooth rich Port wine full of rancio and nutty flavours obtained through a slow maturation over many years under small oak casks. It's all about the history and moreish Tawny rancio richness.

What's any special occasion without Bleasdale? Effusive and generous, Bleasdale's effervescent red gives so much more. A richly flavoured sparkler, the poly vintage Bleasdale is assembled from barrels of maturing Shiraz across several years, topped up with liqueur de tirage and treated to a secondary ferment in own bottle. An evocative palate and nose, fruits steeped in liqueur, mint and ribena, supported by a length of luscious coconut/ carob oak and toothsome, cherry ripe tannins.
